  • Safer speeds on local streets

    Open 📍 LGA-wide

    Most Ipswich residential streets are still 50 km/h, with wide, sweeping intersection corners. A crash at 50 km/h is usually fatal for a person walking or riding; at 30 km/h they usually survive.

  • Ipswich Central bikeway doesn't connect to Top of Town

    Open 📍 Brisbane Street, Ipswich Central

    The planned separated bikeway on South and Limestone Streets is welcome, but it stops short of Brisbane Street and Top of Town, leaving the busiest part of the city centre with no safe cycling route.

A pothole on a bike path, a missing kerb ramp, a dangerous pinch point. Tell us about it and we'll add it to the register and chase it up. You can also report hazards directly to Ipswich City Council.
